I will be serving all of Monmouth, Middlesex, and Ocean Counties especially in Holmdel, Hazlet, Colts Neck, Marlboro, Matawan, Englishtown, Manalapan, East Brunswick, Toms River, Howell, Lakewood, Freehold, East Brunswick, Monroe, and Old Bridge. We raised our 4 children in Holmdel, where they all attended and graduated from the Holmdel public schools.

Community Involvement

Have been active in:

· Jewish Federation of Monmouth County (Vice President and Chairman of Allocations Committee)

· Member of Young Leadership Cabinet of the United Jewish Appeal (UJA).

· Delegate from Federation to the Jewish Agency in Jerusalem for the United Israel Appeal & UJA.

· Volunteer Coach for Holmdel Youth Athletic Association (HYAA) for over 14 years for Soccer, Basketball, Softball, and Baseball. Also coached “All Star” teams and “Travelling” teams.

· Vice President and chaired and active in many committees for Temple Beth Ahm of Matawan

· Lifetime associate member of ORT

· Attended many Planning Committee Meetings, Board of Adjustment meetings and active in lobbying for an Active Adult Community to best represent their interests at these township meetings and Smart Growth meetings.

· Started a Road Biking group and active in long distance road biking.

Personal Background

A Resident of Monmouth and Ocean County for over 40 years and having purchased and sold many different properties has given me a familiarity with this entire area by having both lived and worked here. Over 30 years in Holmdel bringing up our 4 children that all attended and graduated the Holmdel public school system. Active in volunteer organizations all throughout the county has made me sensitive to the needs of all kinds of people.

As a business owner of a manufacturing company in Belmar, NJ, employing over 70 people, making parts and assemblies for the US Government Department of Defense has given me a broad range of experience in engineering, selling, buying and manufacturing. I have also started and owned an Engineering Sales Representative firm calling on accounts in the NY Metro area after selling my business to a Ct. company. I will now happily put all of this expertise towards working with my real estate clients here in Monmouth and Ocean Counties to get them the highest amount for their properties and negotiate the best terms for the sale of their homes.
